Proposed non-executive directors’ fees for 2020 2020 proposed fees Refer to special resolution number 2 on page 21 of the notice of AGM for approval of the fees by shareholders in terms of section 66 of the Companies Act. The increase in the proposed non-executive directors’ fees for 2020 reflect adjustments to align these fees with a recent benchmarking reviews in order to remain market competitive both in respect of local and offshore based directors. These adjustments are deemed necessary to enable the recruitment and retention of directors with the requisite skills and experience.
